WHAT I DO

Good sex matters, because it touches the deepest parts of our psyche. It helps us alchemize our hurt parts into the gems that illuminate pathways to deeper connection, intimacy, self-love, and living a joy-filled, abundant life.

Our bodies, like our precious lands, have been occupied by beliefs, cultural dogmas, and past traumas that too often leave us feeling weary, ashamed, broken, and disconnected from our truest expression of joy and pleasure.

I support epic humans in rediscovering pleasure as their birthright so that they can have joy-filled lives and healthy life-affirming relationships and sex.

We do this through deep self-inquiry and exploration, trauma integration, the Erotic Blueprints® framework, and ancient healing modalities that support healing and integration on all levels.

I’m zhenya, your guide.

My journey has taught me that embracing present-moment circumstances and cultivating acceptance, is the secret sauce that allows us to increase our capacity for allowing what we most desire to take shape.

As a coach, educator, and mentor, I meet my clients where they are. My mentor Jaiya, the creator of the Erotic Blueprints® taught me that “we can only move as fast as our slowest moving parts.”

For me, that means acknowledging and celebrating the beautiful and complex journey that has made it possible for me to fully show up for my business, my relationships, and my life. I hold brave, precious space for those navigating their own beautifully complex labyrinth toward wholeness. This work is precious and powerful, I am so grateful and excited to work with you.

WHAT I OFFER

There are many ways to work with me. I offer coaching packages for individuals, partners, and groups. I offer packages that are specifically designed for those wanting to explore somatic sex coaching through the Erotic Blueprint® framework, and also for those who are interested in coaching for other areas of their life.

You can join me in person and online for ongoing workshops, trainings, and retreats.

For those interested in Tul’ix Indigenous Arts, previously known as Arvigo Therapy® I offer monthly online self-care training and one-on-one mentorship.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I belong to the Rio Grande River Valley with its creeping Coyotoes, Lyrical Cranes, Yerba Mansa, Horsetail, Willow, and Cottonwood trees that color the riparian River shoreline. I am a settler here, as this place is the un-seated territory of the Tiwa Pueblo people who originally inhabited these clay-rich lands. I came here from New York, where my family settled after immigrating from my native Ukraine. I carry the good medicine of these places too, from the borscht and bay leaves to the bustling streets of Brighton Beach. My inner city, Brooklyn upbringing will always remind me of who I am and what I call home.
